Buddy Fund Individual Membership Application Form

Your annual membership provides the primary funding for The Buddy Fund. We try and limit our fundraising activities and your participation is always optional. When you become a member you will receive our newsletters to be kept informed on our mission and any upcoming events. Most importantly you will enjoy knowing that you have personally played a role in helping approximately 15,000 kids participate in safe, character building activities.

The annual fee for an Individual membership is $200.00

The annual fee for a Individual Junior membership (35 and under) is $100
