St. Louis, Mo – Buddy Fund Board members Craig Carr, Tom Wesolowski and John Callahan along with Isaac Bruce presented a check to the Gateway STEM High School for $10,000.
The Buddy Fund and the Isaac Bruce Foundation partnered to fund a weight room renovation at Gateway STEM High School. The donation was matched by the NFL Foundation.
The donation has directly funded the proper upgrade to Gateway STEM High School’s weight room.
The weight room upgrade will add new and higher quality equipment, give an improved lifting experience, improve sanitary and safety conditions, and level the playing field so that the student-athletes are able to compete at the highest level.
The Gateway STEM football program has a winning tradition which includes advancing to the second round of the Missouri state playoffs for the last seven consecutive years.
