As we’re gearing up for the 61st Annual Classic Golf Tournament and Auction, The Buddy Fund is reaching out to the community for volunteers who share our passion for empowering young athletes and making a positive difference in their lives.
Join us on the course as a volunteer to be a part of an incredible fundraiser that brings together passionate golfers, dedicated community members, and supportive sponsors. Your contribution will help us create a memorable experience for all participants while making a lasting impact on the lives of underprivileged young athletes. You will have the opportunity to interact with the golfers, meet fellow volunteers, and see the positive transformation that sports can bring to young lives.
There are several areas where we need your support, including setup, welcoming golfers, check-in, photography, on course activity and the hole in one contest.
“The volunteers spend all day or half day at the golf tournament having lots of fun in various roles and making everything run so smoothly! We could not have a successful tournament without them,” Executive Director Ann Lederman said.
Volunteers will be able to receive perks throughout the tournament. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in raffles and enjoy the auction. Additionally, a breakfast buffet, lunch and cocktails will be provided to volunteers.
